When did Deprived form? What is the origin behind the band name?
Deprived formed in 2010, into 2011. The band name was pure teenage angst
How many band members are there and what are their stances in the band?
There's three members right now, Matt (Lead Vocal/Guitar) Howard Niemiec (Drums) and our newest member Nick Hoffman on Lead Guitar.
What are band practices like?
Hot and sweaty lol, we just moved in a great rehearsal studio in the city of Boston, and its really fun, were trying out new songs!
What has been your biggest challenge as a band?
The biggest challenge has always been maintinaing momentum. Going through lineup changes, and to constantly create and be innovative with our sound.
If you guys could play at any venue anywhere, where would it be?
It's always been a goal for us to play the downstairs Palladium in Worcester MA, our first show in 2010 was upstairs, so hopefully soon!
Do you have a Motto for the band?
Not really, stay humble, stay gold.
